Introduction
Anxiety, worry, and fear are struggles that affect every person at some point in life. Uncertainty about the future, personal difficulties, health concerns, financial pressures, and daily burdens can disturb our peace and weaken our trust in God.
However, God does not want us to live in fear. He invites us to place our worries in His hands and trust in His love and care. Through His Word, He reminds us that He is always present, always faithful, and always in control.
These Bible verses (RSVCE unless otherwise mentioned) are powerful weapons against anxiety. Reflecting on them prayerfully can bring peace to the heart, calm to the mind, and renewed confidence in God’s protection and providence.

Reflection
Anxiety often comes when we focus on our problems instead of God’s power.
Peace comes when we trust that God is in control.
The more we reflect on His Word, the more our hearts learn to rest in Him. Even in difficult situations, God remains faithful, present, and loving.
He does not promise a life without trials — but He promises His presence through them all.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, In moments of anxiety and fear, help me to trust in You. Give me Your peace and calm my troubled heart. Help me to surrender my worries into Your hands and to rest in Your love. Strengthen my faith and remind me that You are always with me. Amen.
