Refund and Cancellations Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute John 3:16 Mission Foundation’s (hereinafter referred to as “John 3:16”) cancellation and refund policy.

The Fee that you pay to John 3:16 is against the products supplied or services rendered by John 3:16. The fee charged for the product/services varies on a case to case basis depending on the requirements. Refund and cancellation are subject to our Contracts, Statement of Work (SOW), e-mails or Invoices.

John 3:16 does not sell/purchase or warrant the sales/purchase of any products through its website.

Limited Liability

Under no circumstances shall John 3:16 be liable for indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses or damages. Service Provider’s monetary liability regardless of the form of any claim of any kind, breach of contract, warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if such damages are foreseeable or either or both parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. John 3:16’s monetary liability regardless of the form of any claim including costs, attorneys’ fees and expenses wherever applicable, will be limited to the amount of the fee received for products/services rendered by Service Provider till the date of termination as per this Agreement.

Procedure for Requesting Refund

when requesting for the refund of fee, an email has to be sent to godslove@john316.in stating the reason for the refund of fee. The refund shall be subject to providing required information to substantiate the reason for refund. The refund can only be processed for refund requests that are submitted within 72 Business Hours of the receipt of payment. Refund request submitted after 72 Business Hours shall be disqualified for Refund. The refund will only be made to Business Bank Account or Source Account. John 3:16 does not accept any payments from personal accounts or refund requests to personal accounts, unless the order has been originally placed for the products/services through the personal account.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising with respect to claims and refund of fee in connection with services engagements with John 3:16 shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and courts in Karnataka shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over the same.

Changes

John 3:16 may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy periodically. You are expected to check the policy from time to time for updates. For more information on our Refund Policy, contact us at godslove@john316.in
