Introduction
Forgiveness is at the very heart of the Christian faith. God’s mercy toward humanity is revealed most clearly through the forgiveness of sins made possible by Jesus Christ. Through His death and resurrection, we are offered reconciliation with God and the opportunity for a new life.

Reflection
Forgiveness can sometimes be difficult, especially when we have been deeply hurt. Yet Jesus reminds us that the mercy we receive from God should flow outward toward others.
When we forgive, we allow God to heal our hearts and restore peace in our relationships. Forgiveness does not ignore wrongdoing, but it chooses love over resentment and mercy over revenge.

Lord Jesus,
